The Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth) and the Culinary Institute of America recently hosted a special culinary fundraising event featuring world-class wines and a seven-course farm-to-table menu created by top chefs in the Hudson Valley.
Held at the Ristorante Caterina de’ Medici on the Culinary Institute of America campus, the event’s chefs included Chef Jim Ely, Riverview Restaurant and the Yankee Revolutionary BBQ & Beer Garden; Chef Ron Gallo, The Inn at Pound Ridge by Jean-Georges; Chef Sean Kahlenberg, the Culinary Institute of America; Chef Ed Kowalski, Lola’s Café and Gourmet Catering; Chef Michael Kelly, Liberty Street Bistro; Chef Peter X. Kelly, Xaviars Restaurant Group; Chef Waldy Malouf, The CIA Restaurant Group; and Chef Rich Parente, Clock Tower Grille.
All proceeds supported WMCHealth programs and services.
